What we need

A client name or alias, the current price, and how often you clean.

What helps

Crew size, job duration, and the date of the last increase. Anything missing gets a default, and every default is marked.

What we discard

Addresses, phone numbers and client emails. They are dropped at the next screen and never stored.

Exporting
  • Jobber: Reports, Client Balance or Recurring Jobs, then Export CSV.
  • ZenMaid: Customers, Export.
  • Launch27: Reports, Bookings, Download CSV.
  • Spreadsheet: select the rows and paste them.
